Production, Dispatch and Delivery Times

• Production time – Time required to make the item (varies by product; see individual product page).
• Dispatch time – When the order is sent after production is complete.
• Delivery time – Courier/postal transit time only. Express shipping speeds up delivery, not production.
  

Please note: delivery time begins once your order has been made and dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Free Royal Mail Special Delivery on orders over £150.
• Orders under £150: £8.35 (Royal Mail Special Delivery).
• Combined shipping rates are shown at checkout once you enter your postcode.

European Delivery

• Free delivery on orders over £150 via Royal Mail International Tracked.
• Orders under £150: from £8.95 (final rate shown at checkout).
• Import VAT/duties may apply and are not included in website prices. Please check local fees before ordering.
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days (customs delays may occur).
• Upgrade to Express Courier (1–3 days) for £35. Fully tracked and insured; a contact number is required.

United States Orders

• From 28 August 2025, new US import tariffs apply to jewellery.
• Prices already include these duties and tariffs, so there are no additional customs charges.
• Royal Mail International Tracked – free on orders over £150.
• Orders under £150: delivery rates vary and will be shown at checkout.
• DHL Express Courier – 1–2 days, tracked and insured, and Delivery Duty paid (£38).
• A phone number is required.

International Delivery

• Free delivery worldwide on orders over £150 via Royal Mail International Tracked.
• Orders under £150: delivery rates vary by country and are shown at checkout.
• Choose Express Courier (2–4 days) for £35 – tracked and insured.
• DHL Express delivers to the US in 1–2 days.
• For UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai: delivery is by courier only, to business addresses or PO Boxes.
• All courier services require a phone number.
• Some regions may be temporarily unavailable due to global conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Items returned due to incorrect address details or unpaid customs charges will incur a re-posting fee.
