If you are an EU consumer and wish to withdraw from your purchase, you may do so by completing the form below.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. We will then review your request and process any refund due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Please note that personalised, engraved, custom-made and made-to-order items may not be eligible for withdrawal rights.
