• Order early: We recommend ordering as soon as possible, especially for personalised jewellery and international deliveries.

• Handmade to order: All our jewellery is handmade in the UK. Production times vary depending on the item and whether personalisation or gold plating is required.

• International deliveries: Postal delivery times can increase during the Christmas period. Customs checks, postal backlogs and local delivery requirements may cause further delays.

• Express Courier: For international orders, Express Courier is available for £45 at checkout, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

• Studio closure: The studio will close on Friday 18th December 2026. Orders placed after this date will be dispatched from Monday 4th January 2027.

Production times for all Ice Skating Jewellery

Please allow the following time for your jewellery to be made, before postal delivery:

• Standard jewellery: 3–5 working days

• Personalised silver jewellery: 2–3 weeks

• Personalised gold jewellery: 3–4 weeks, allowing up to 5 weeks closer to Christmas

These are production times, not delivery times. Your order will need additional time to reach you once it has been dispatched.

Christmas delivery information

Royal Mail's international delivery times are estimates, and delivery can take longer during the busy Christmas period. Delays may occur due to postal backlogs, customs checks and local delivery requirements.

We recommend placing international orders as early as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.

UK Special Delivery

For UK orders, please allow sufficient time for your jewellery to be made before dispatch. Our studio closure date is Friday 18th December 2026, and orders placed after this date will be dispatched from Monday 4th January 2027.
