A letter to our customers in the EU
To all our customers and friends across Europe,
Since 12th August 2026, we have had to temporarily pause shipping to countries within the European Union due to new EU packaging rules.
These rules have introduced additional registration, reporting and fee requirements for businesses selling into the EU. We have spent considerable time working through the requirements and finding a practical, compliant solution.
We are nearly there
We have now submitted the necessary packaging information and are working through the final steps.
We are hoping to reopen EU shipping by mid-October and will confirm the date as soon as everything is in place.
Please note that this pause applies only to EU countries. Shipping to Switzerland and Norway is not affected.
