To all our customers and friends across Europe,

Since 12th August 2026, we have had to temporarily pause shipping to countries within the European Union.

This is not because we no longer want to sell to Europe. We have been sending handmade jewellery to customers across Europe for many years, and we very much want to continue.

Why is EU shipping paused?

New EU packaging rules have introduced additional requirements for businesses selling into the EU, including registration, reporting and additional fees.

For a micro-business like ours, sending small individual jewellery orders, the administrative and financial burden can be considerable compared with the small amount of packaging involved.

We have spent a great deal of time working through the requirements and finding a practical, affordable and compliant solution.

We are working towards reopening

We have now submitted the necessary packaging information and are waiting for confirmation that everything is in place.

We hope to reopen EU shipping as soon as everything is approved and will confirm the date as soon as we can.

Please note that this temporary pause applies only to EU countries. Shipping to Switzerland and Norway is not affected.
