Refund policy
We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please see below for how to arrange a return or exchange.
For EU customers, a separate statutory right of withdrawal may apply. Please see the EU Withdrawal section below for details.
Returns and Exchanges (UK and International)
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return unworn items in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Damaged or incomplete returns may only be eligible for a partial refund.
- Refunds and exchanges are available on full-price items only.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Personalised, engraved or commissioned pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK).
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
EU Withdrawal Rights (EU Customers Only)
If you are an EU consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
This applies to eligible items only and does not apply to personalised, engraved, custom-made or made-to-order jewellery unless faulty.
To exercise this right, please use the Withdrawal Form available on the website.
Once your request has been received, we will confirm receipt and process any applicable refund in accordance with consumer law.

UK Customers

Once received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 working days.
International Customers
Email info@iceskatingjewellery.com with:
- Name, order number and address
- Item details
- Reason for return (optional)
- Whether you would prefer a refund or exchange
Please clearly mark the package as ‘Returned Item’ on customs documentation. Incorrect marking may result in customs charges or delays, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
Returning Faulty Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 6 months, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
If a delivery arrives visibly damaged or opened, please contact us immediately.
Chains on necklaces and bracelets are covered under a 6-month warranty. After this period, a small fee may apply for repairs and shipping.
Items showing damage due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage are not considered faulty; however, we do offer a repair service where possible.
