UK Delivery

• All jewellery orders are delivered free on orders over £130 to the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• Delivery for orders under £130 is £5.95, using the Royal Mail Special delivery service.
• The checkout process will display the combined shipping rates for various products once you enter your postcode.
• Please note that it is the customers responsibilty to ensure that their shipping address is correct. In the event of items being returned due to incorrect addresses, a re-posting fee will be applied.

European Delivery

• European recipients will be responsible for paying import VAT and duties on orders shipping from the UK to the EU.
• We recommend double-checking these costs before placing your order to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
• All prices stated on the Ice Skating Jewellery website DO NOT include any applicable local taxes or import duties.
• Your parcel may be held up in Customs and we would advise you to check the tracking details regularly, for updates on the status of your parcel.
• Delivery is free to most European countries on orders over £130, using the Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed' service.
• Delivery for orders under £130 is £8.95, using the Royal Mail 'International Tracked/Signed' service, but may vary depending on the products ordered. The checkout process will display combined shipping rates for various products once you enter your postcode/zipcode.
• If you require your item urgently or for a required date, you can upgrade to courier service at the checkout, this service costs £35.00 for express delivery which is fully tracked and insured. (2–5 day service)

International Delivery

• All jewellery orders are delivered free on orders over £130 worldwide, using the Royal Mail ‘International Tracked/Signed' service.
• At the checkout, you will see the delivery prices for orders totalling less than £130, which will vary based on the destination country. We use Royal Mail 'International Tracked/Signed' as the postal service for these orders.
• Ice Skating Jewellery is delighted to provide a comprehensively insured Express Courier option, ensuring delivery within 1-2 days to the United States through DHL.
• For urgent international orders with a specific deadline, consider selecting 'Express Courier' at checkout. This option offers expedited, fully tracked, and insured delivery within 3-5 days at a cost of £35.
• Orders to certain countries are by Express Courier only and cost £40.00 and this will be automatically applied at the checkout.
• Unfortunately, owing to present global situations, we are unable to supply to certain nations.
• Jewellery to UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Dubai will only be sent by courier and can ONLY be sent to a Business Address or a PO Box, we will also require your phone number to process the order.
