A letter to our customers in the EU
To all our customers and friends across Europe,
Since 12th August 2026, we have had to pause shipping to the EU due to new EU packaging rules.
We have spent considerable time looking for a solution, but the requirements go beyond packaging. Customs procedures, extra paperwork and fees can cause parcels to be delayed or returned.
As a small independent business, we need a reliable and affordable way to ship. We are still exploring the options, but cannot yet confirm when EU shipping will resume.
Shipping to Switzerland and Norway is not affected.
We are sorry for the disappointment and thank you for your patience and support.
