We know that you want your order super-quick, but handmade jewellery takes time to make.
Here’s a breakdown of timescales for Ice-Skating Jewellery.
At busy times of the year, (pre-Christmas) times may be longer than stated below.
Ice-Skating Jewellery is sent away to be precisely laser-engraved with your chosen words and symbols. This takes around one week.
The silver necklace is sent to be laser-engraved first (1 week) and then sent away to be gold-plated, (10 days-2 weeks). Unfortunately, it cannot be done any faster than this.
Some pieces are held in stock, mainly silver and non-personalised jewellery, but contact Ice Skating Jewellery if you need something by a specific date. We will try our best to make this happen.
Ice Skating Jewellery can be personalised in non-roman languages such as Greek, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew and Hindi. Non-true-type fonts may incur an additional charge for the artwork set-up. Please contact me before ordering and I can give you more information.
All personalisation mock-ups will be sent via email for confirmation before being engraved.
Standard symbols such as hearts, stars, circles, squares, etc are completely fine, as are special characters found on a QWERTY keyboard such as @ ~ # ? % © and accents on names. Any symbol that is not a standard or special character may require artwork and will incur an extra charge. Contact me if you need advice.
The perfect bracelet fits loosely so it moves a little, but is not loose enough to slide off the hand. One or two fingers should be able to slide between the chain and the wrist.
What’s my size?
Use a tape measure or a strip of paper or ribbon. Wrap it around your wrist where you would normally wear the bracelet. If you are using a strip of paper or ribbon, mark the end of the strip and measure the length against a ruler. This is your wrist size. Add 1-2 cm and this is your size.
When your item is posted, you will receive an email containing a clickable tracking number link to see where your parcel is. If, for some reason, this tracking link does not work, please contact us and we will resend the link.
In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t turn up, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. We will try our best to see where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.
Due to the current/recent global pandemic and the United Kingdom leaving the EU, there are delays likely to certain countries. Check my delivery and returns section which gives more detailed information.
Feel free to contact us, we will get back to you as soon as we can to answer any questions you may have.
